Request for Proposals - mid-term evaluation of the IOM East and Horn of Africa Strategy

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) intends to engage consultant(s) or a consulting firm to conduct a mid-term evaluation of the “IOM East and Horn of Africa Strategy 2020-2024”. More details can be found in the Request for Proposals.
Interested candidates should provide the following information:
- Technical proposal, including:
- Two examples of similar work.
- Three references.
- A Financial proposal with a detailed budget in USD.
- A signed copy of the declaration of conformity
