The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) is advertising an Evaluation post (Programme Management Officer (TJO), P3.) This position is located in the Policy, Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Service (PPMES). 

Job Profile

• Advanced University Degree (Master's degree or equivalent) in business administration, management, economics or a related field. A first-level university degree in combination with two additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
• A minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in project or programme management, administration or related area is required.
• Out of the five (5) years, at least two (2) years of experience within the United Nations Common System or similar international organization is desirable.
• Experience in the evaluation of projects or programmes, is desirable.
• Experience in planning and implementing evaluation capacity development activities is desirable.
• Experience managing a team is desirable.
• Fluency in English is required; and knowledge of French is desirable
