The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is seeking to hire an evaluation consultant for the FinalExternal Evaluation of the project “Awareness-Raising and Information for Safety and Empowerment for All – Albania” (ARISE-ALL)
The evaluation is commissioned by the IOM Office in Albania and will be managed by Alketa Gaxha (Project Coordinator).
Deadline for applications is 29 November 2022. Full details and instructions on how to apply can be found in the TOR.
The timeline is short, with report to be completed by end of December. IOM is prepared to hire an additional (national) consultant to support the evaluator. If needed, the applicant should include foreseen tasks and role of the support consultant in the proposal.
