Integrating Human Rights and Gender Equality in Evaluation - Towards UNEG Guidance
The UNEG Norms and Standards highlight the need for people centred evaluation and for evaluators to consider human rights and gender equality in their work but there has continued to be a gap in tools and frameworks for evaluation that fully reflect these considerations. Therefore, this Handbook has been developed by UNEG to be used as a tool to integrate human rights and gender equality into the practice of evaluation.

IFAD Evaluation Policy (2011)
The revised IFAD Evaluation Policy was approved by the Executive Board in May 2011. The policy provides further clarification and guidance on the purpose and role of independent evaluation at IFAD, with the aim at strengthening both accountability and learning for better development results on the ground.

GEF Monitoring and Evaluation Policy 2010
The GEF M&E Policy 2010 was approved in November 2010. The revised policy outlines the overarching objectives of evaluation in the GEF; details the role of evaluation in the GEF and the roles and responsibilities of M&E partners in the GEF; and finally, establishes M&E criteria and minimum requirements.
