This report contains the findings and analysis of a survey of UNEG members to ascertain the role evaluation plays in RBM in various international organizations.

The report provides an overview of the status of implementation of RBM in UN organizations, ongoing coordination and collaboration, and the role of evaluation in RBM. Some issues have been identified which could form the basis for further analysis and/or discussion, in particular when it comes to defining the role of evaluation in RBM.

This report was presented at the UNEG Annual General Meeting, 18-20 April 2007.
