EPE Session: Decentralized Evaluation - Learning from best practice to address challenges

Overview

Objective
The session will explore the challenges many agencies face in supporting and implementing Decentralised evaluations. Participants will work together to share best practices and lesson learned from decentralised evaluation implementation and identify solutions for improved quality and usability of evaluations.

    • Qualified Evaluators: How can we best attract and choose qualified evaluators for decentralised evaluations?
       
    • Ensuring Evaluation Quality: How can we ensure the highest quality Decentralised evaluations, what are the key approaches and challenges?  
       
    • Evaluation Structures and Guidance: What structures do we need to ensure support for successful decentralised evaluations? 
       
    • Evaluation Use: What are the best approaches to ensure decentralized evaluations are used?
