Synthesis of Guidelines for UN Evaluation under COVID-19

Overview

This synthesis document has two objectives. First, it provides a descriptive synthesis summary of 11 evaluation guidelines that were recently issued as a response to the COVID-19 crisis (presented in Section 2). Second, building from the synthesis, it discusses issues Secretariat entities may want to consider when rethinking and adjusting the context, planning and conduct of their evaluations during the pandemic (presented in Sections 3, 4 and 5).
