Overview

The present note provides overall guidance on the implementation and mainstreaming of Results-Based Management (RBM) in ECA. The note offers an explanation of the conceptual building blocks for a smooth-running RBM system. It also intends to establish ECA-specific standards with regard to planning, monitoring and evaluation, which constitute the components of RBM.
