WMO M&E System and Guide (2012)

Overview

These publications present the architecture and application of the WMO Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) System. They were developed on the basis of the request of the Sixteenth World Meteorological Congress (May/June 2011) to the Executive Council and the Secretary-General to continue with further development and implementation of the M&E System.
