ITC Evaluation Policy (2008)

Overview

The 2015 Evaluation Policy builds on and supersedes the ITC Evaluation Policy of 2008. It is referred to as the second edition Evaluation Policy. The purpose of the Evaluation Policy is to contribute to improving the performance and results of ITC in delivering trade-related technical assistance. It aims to create an enabling institutional environment for enhancing the strategic alignment of the evaluation function to ITC’s development goals, upgrading the quality and utility of evaluation services, and expanding the evaluation coverage of ITC’s operations.

Please also see the revised ITC Evaluation Guidelines which aim to build a common organizational understanding of the methodology, process and quality standards of evaluations, to ensure a level of coherence across the different types of evaluation at the International Trade Centre (ITC).
