Bio
Vijayalakshmi Vadivelu is the Evaluation Advisor at the Independent Evaluation Office of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). She has managed and carried out a number of evaluations of development and crisis related programmes at the global and country levels. Prior to joining UNDP she carried out applied research on governance issues and gender equality in development at the Institute for Social and Economic Change, Bangalore, India. Vijaya holds a Ph.D. in Sociology.
